The purpose of the facility is a public educational institution – high school centre.
The facility is of an indented shape, permanent type, solid construction, with the number of storeys GF and GF+1, covering net floor area of 4,526.00 m2.
The facility was built in 1974, whereas reconstruction of the roof was performed in 1980 having the new roof built over the existing flat roof.
Total number of users on annual level is 651.
Before implementation of energy efficient measures average indoor temperature in the building was around 17°C, whereas after performed retrofits, indoor temperature reached the projected 20°C.
The following energy efficiency measures have been implemented within the facility of High School “Đuro Radmanović” in Novi Grad:

- replacement of external windows and doors
- thermal insulation of attic structure and replacement of roof cover
- renewal of lighting system
- heating system retrofitting (installation of thermostatic valves, heat pumps and other)
