The PIU will provide terms of reference, concept solution for the EEIS, and other necessary data to the Consultant.

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology Republic of Srpska intends to hire a Consultant to assist the Ministry in implementation the Energy Efficiency Project who will provide services for digital PR campaign for the purpose of promoting the BEEP AF results. Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republic of Srpska has already hired consultant to prepare video and photo material of buildings before and after retrofit, and this material will be provided to the individual consultant. The Consultant will closely work with the Project Implementation Unit on a daily basis.
