  • What procedures are applied for procurement process?

    International agreement stipulates that under the Bosnia and Herzegovina Energy Efficiency Project the World Bank Guidelines shall apply, as follows: “Procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services under IBRD loans and IDA loans and grants for the needs of World Bank borrowers (January 2011)” and the World Bank Guidelines: “Selection and engagement of consultants within IBRD loans and IDA loans and grants for the needs of World Bank borrowers (January 2011)”, and for additional financing under the “Bosnia and Herzegovina Energy Efficiency Project – BEEP AF” the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers shall apply, edition 2018.
