ADDITIONAL FINANCING FOR THE BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT

Bosnia and Herzegovina is the Borrower, and Republic of Srpska through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower has received financing in the amount of € 10.91 million from the World Bank toward the cost of the Energy Efficiency Project.

The Project will include works on implementation of measures to improve energy efficiency in public sector buildings in order to reduce energy consumption and improve indoor comfort levels.

The project will also include consultancy services such as: Development of ESCO Model, Feasibility study for Public Private Partnership (PPP), Preparation of proposal for pilot model contracting, Development of Promotion Action Plan and ToRs, Study on socioeconomics effects of Energy Efficiency (EE) measures, Social Monitoring and similar services, which will be performed by individual consultants.

Interested experts in the field of architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, economics and law who have experience in above mention consultancy services and want to participate in the Energy Efficiency Project are required to submit their CVs on email address: beep1@mgr.vladars.net

Submitted CVs will be considered during the realization of above mentioned project activities.

For the above consultancy services, individual procedures will be followed in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018) (Procurement Regulations), and are open to all eligible individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
