Bosnia and Herzegovina is the Borrower, and Republic of Srpska, through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Additional Financing for the Energy Efficiency Project (BEEP AF), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The PIU under The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republic of intends to hire a Consulting Company (‘the Consultant’) who will provide technical assistance for Project implementation, technical monitoring and evaluation before and after implementation of energy efficiency measures, preparation of promotional material and posting on social media and the project website, and social monitoring. Also, the Consultant shall make sure to provide participants ‘gender equality.
The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republic of Srpska now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
