Bosnia and Herzegovina is the Borrower, and Republic of Srpska, through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Energy Efficiency Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The project development objective is to demonstrate the benefits of energy efficiency improvements in public sector buildings and support the development of scalable energy efficiency financing models.
The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology Republic of Srpska intends to hire a Consultant to assist the Ministry in implementation the Energy Efficiency Project which is requested to prepare proposal of rule book on energy efficiency database in Republic of Srpska. As Republika Srpska has already started working on energy efficiency database (Energy Efficiency Information System of Republika Srpska) the consultant shall also take into account concept of the Energy Efficiency Information System when preparing proposal of Rule Book on energy efficiency database. The Rule Book shall define content, structure and method of collection and providing information in order to manage energy efficiency database.
