Public institution Grammar High School “Sveti Sava” is located in the central zone of the city of Prijedor.
The facility is of a free-standing, permanent type, solid construction, with number of floors GF+2 and covering net floor area of 1,406.60 m2.
It was built in 1921 and registered by the Republic Institute for Protection of Cultural, Historical and Natural Heritage as a building of architectural value.
Total number of users on annual level is 456.
Before implementation of energy efficient measures, average indoor temperature in the facility was around 15.5°C, whereas after performed retrofits, indoor temperature was raised at the projected 20 °C.
The following energy efficiency measures have been implemented within the facility of Grammar High School „Sveti Sava“:
