The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology Republic of Srpska intends to hire a Consultant to assist the Ministry in implementation the Energy Efficiency Project which is requested to fully analyze the existing legal framework of Republika Srpska in order to clearly present all legally defined segments and he needs to be introduced into the EE information system regulations.

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology Republic of Srpska intends to hire a Project Management Advisor (Consultants) to assist the Ministry in implementation the Energy Efficiency Project for works, goods and services. The Project Management Advisor will support the implementation of the project and will assist the Ministry in implementation of the project including management and coordination of designs, supervision and implementation process. Consulting services are required half time for the period of one year and half. The type of contract will be Time Based.
