Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republic of Srpska has already hired consultant to prepare video and photo material of buildings before and after retrofit, and this material will be provided to the individual consultant. The Consultant will closely work with the Project Implementation Unit on a daily basis.

The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology Republic of Srpska intends to hire a Consultant to assist the Ministry in implementation the Energy Efficiency Project which is requested to prepare proposal of rule book on energy efficiency database in Republic of Srpska. As Republika Srpska has already started working on energy efficiency database (Energy Efficiency Information System of Republika Srpska) the consultant shall also take into account concept of the Energy Efficiency Information System when preparing proposal of Rule Book on energy efficiency database. The Rule Book shall define content, structure and method of collection and providing information in order to manage energy efficiency database.
