The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology Republic of Srpska intends to hire a Building Expert (Consultants) to assist the Ministry in implementation the Energy Efficiency Project for works, goods and services. The Building Expert will support the implementation of the project and will assist the Ministry in implementation of the project including management and coordination of designs, supervision and implementation process.
