The intended use of the facility is a public educational institution – elementary school.
The building of permanent type, solid construction with number of storeys LF+GF+2, covering net floor area of 1,885.00 m2.
The main part of the facility, where the classrooms and administrative block are situated, was built in 1955.
The school consists of a basement, ground floor of the facility with entrance hall as well as a thermal corridor with gymnasium and two storeys above ground where the classrooms, kitchen and other premises are situated.
The total number of users on annual level is 639.
Before implementation of energy efficient measures, average indoor temperature in the facility was around 15.5°C, whereas after performed retrofits, indoor temperature has reached the projected 20°C.
The following energy efficiency measures have been implemented within the facility of Elementary School “Dositej Obradović” in Doboj:
