The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology Republic of Srpska has received a grant from the Green Climate Fund through United Nations Development Program. The project objective is to scale-up investment in low-carbon public buildings via design and implementation of the National Framework for Low-Carbon investment in public buildings, comprising an integrated package of policy, regulatory, technological, informational, financial and managerial solutions designed to address country-specific risks and barriers to invest.
The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republic of Srpska now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing combined services which will include preparation of technical specifications for boilers rooms in public buildings, analysis of energy characteristics of public buildings, detailed energy audits for public buildings, data entry into the Integrated Energy Efficiency Information System of Republic of Srpska and promotional activities. Interested Consultants shall provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
